Description
Participants will learn how to row both indoors and on the water.
Designed for the competitive high school rower who plans to continue rowing in college. This program emphasizes physiological development and training for injury-free competitive success. The athlete's focus in this program is competition and preparation for collegiate rowing.
The LPBC High School Rowing Team is open for all new and competitive high school rowers. Athletes will train in both sculling and sweep rowing, competing locally and regionally at up to 4 regattas. Training will include indoor rowing and weight lifting. No experience is necessary, join LPBC's growing high school competitive team. participation grants are available by application, email association@lpboatclub.org
