Description
In double dutch jump rope, which uses two jump ropes simultaneously, jumpers learn and practice competition-style in this high energy class. Proper approach, rope handling, turning, compulsory, speed and free style jumping are covered.This activity is presented by the 40+ Double Dutch Club.
