Description
Learn proper running techniques and enjoy regular runs with a group of like-minded running enthusiasts. This activity is ideal for families or groups that want to train together for a 5K run/walk.
Participants will run (1.5 miles) from Avondale to Parkview Play Lot and back. Participants should wear athletic attire and bring full water bottle.
