Description
Walking is a simple but effective way to incorporate fitness into your daily routine. This activity encourages the social aspect of walking and incorporates some mat work and stretching at the end. The club will move indoors to the gym during bad weather.
Must wear gym shoes and loose comfortable clothing. Class may be cancelled in inclement weather..
