Cycling has become increasingly difficult to understand with the introduction of an instrument to measure every metric of data imaginable—some even unimaginable. For instance, I have pedals on my bike that will not only tell you how much power you put out but which side of the pedal you are putting more pressure on from left to right. It's a bit ludicrous, mind numbing and intimidating to the everyday cyclist.
