Dublin Partners in Education (DPIE) and Pacific Chess Academy invite students in Grades 1–5 to participate in the Fall Chess Tournament on Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 12:00–3:00 PM in the MPR at Dublin Elementary School. Students will be grouped by grade level. Players in the Rated Section (members of the U.S. Chess Federation) will have their games and updated ratings published on the Federation website. Under the guidance of Pacific Chess Academy, students will enjoy a fun, competitive day applying their chess skills through a series of 30-minute games. Awards: Every participant will receive a trophy, with additional recognition for top players. Important Note: The room will be at capacity. Parents may not remain during the event and should return at 2:45 PM for student pickup.
