We are a year-round camp and conference center, offering retreats, camps, and private rentals for children, youth, and adults. Nestled between the Appalachian Mountains and the Kentucky Bluegrass, the 500 acres of Burnamwood is a tranquil setting. We are a natural registered area, home to native wildlife and beautiful views. For 54-years, our goal has been to sustain a beautiful peace of nature for children, youth, and adults to strengthen their relationship to God. On our camp grounds, we have three climate controlled lodges with kitchens, one heated bunk house, seven rustic cabins, a dining hall, three bathhouses, primitive campsites three open air pavilions, a swimming pool, three lakes, six campfire circles. Our camps and retreats are led by a staff, dedicated to creating a Christian community, promoting the ideals of tolerance, love, justice, and leadership, while creating meaningful worships, and life-lasting memories. And of course, the camps are full of classic, unique Burnamwood activities like Outpost, New World Order, 9-Square, Sock Wars, Shaving Cream-Wiffle Ball, Messy Games, Campfires, Cookouts, and Hikes. If you're looking to host a private event, like a family reunion, birthday party, retreat, wedding, or other special event, then we are dedicated to making your event perfect!
