Optimal Recovery Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup berries
  • 1 cup organic plain yogurt or 1 scoop protein powder
  • 5 grams L-glutamine
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger or 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon organic honey
  • Water and ice as needed for desired consistency

Instructions
Place all ingredients in the blender, and blend until smooth.
