7 Tips to Finish This Challenge Successfully

2. Don't neglect strength exercises. When you run more, you need to strengthen your muscles to stay healthy.

3. Always err on the side of caution when it comes to your running pace. Slow down, enjoy yourself, and focus on finishing the run instead of finishing in a specific time.

4. To keep improving, follow this pattern for another six weeks and then run a race to measure your progress.
