Prone Cobra
Works: Core, abs, lower back
- Lie flat on your belly with your arms straight forward, thumbs up.
- Lift your upper body off the ground.
- Move both arms to your sides keeping your thumbs up.
- Return to starting position and repeat.

Towel Pulls
Works: Core, abs, shoulders, upper back
- Lie on your stomach with a towel in front of you.
- Pull the towel tight in between your hands.
- Lift your torso up off the ground.
- Pull the towel to the chest.
- Return to starting position and repeat.
